Prepare puri from the above prepared dough and fill the stuffing in the puri and give it a shape of Dim sum. Steam dim sum in a wooden basket for 10 minutes. Sauce : Boil soya sauce, water and grated ginger slice in a bowl for 10 minutes. Add sesame oil and sesame seeds and switch off the gas. Take the sauce in a bowl and serve with veg dim sum.

Veg Dimsum Recipe

Ingredients :

Broccoli – ½ cup
