Tic Tac Twisters For Spinach tortillas Wheat flour 1 2 cup All purpose flour 1 2 cup Milk powder 1 tbsp Baking powder 1 tsp curd 2 tsp oil 1 tbsp sesame seeds Salt Garlic paste 1 2 tsp Spinach puree 1 2 cup Warm water Blanche spinach Add the spinach into a blender along with the oil and salt Blend until smooth Place the flour baking powder curd in a large bowl combine Add spinach puree and a little water Mix to combine with your hands and knead until a soft dough forms about 5 minutes Shape dough is into a ball cover or wrap in foil and let chill for 15 20 minutes Divide the dough into equal portions depending of your desired Tortilla size Dust a work surface with a little flour if needed Form each part into a ball and using a rolling pin flatten to make a 8 10 inch disc Heat a non stick pan over medium heat Cook the tortilla for 1 2 minutes or until brown spots appear Then flip and cook from the other side For Home made cream cheese dip Fresh home made paneer 1 2 cup Curd 2tsp Fresh cream 1tbsp 1cube processed cheese Salt to taste 1tsp Garlic 1 4 tsp Pepper Chopped carrot Chopped capsicum Chopped red pepper Coriander leaves Method Beat the hung curd paneer cream cheese together to make cream cheese add carrot bellpeppers garlic salt pepper For turmeric tuile 1tsp All purpose flour 2tsp oil 5 tsp water a pinch of turmeric whisk all the ingredients and cook on non stick pan till u get nice net crisps Now add the cream cheese filling in the tortillas and roll in a log keep aside for 20 mins Cut and serve it with cucumber ribbons a turmeric tuile and some corns for garnish

Tic Tac Twisters

✳️For Spinach tortillas ;-
✳️ Wheat flour 1/2 cup
✳️All purpose flour 1/2 cup
✳️Milk powder 1 tbsp
✳️Baking powder 1 tsp
✳️curd 2 tsp
✳️oil 1 tbsp
✳️sesame seeds
✳️Salt
✳️Garlic paste 1/2 tsp
✳️Spinach puree 1/2 cup
✳️Warm water
Blanche spinach .
Add the spinach into a blender along with the oil and salt. Blend until smooth.
Place the flour ,baking powder,curd , in a large bowl combine.
Add spinach puree and a little water. Mix to combine with your hands and knead until a soft dough forms, about 5 minutes.
Shape dough is into a ball, cover (or wrap in foil) and let chill for 15-20 minutes.
Divide the dough into equal portions, depending of your desired Tortilla size.
Dust a work surface with a little flour, if needed. Form each part into a ball and, using a rolling pin, flatten to make a 8-/10-inch disc.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Cook the tortilla for 1-2 minutes or until brown spots appear. Then flip and cook from the other side.

For Home made cream cheese dip :
✳️ Fresh home made paneer -1/2 cup
✳️ Curd -2tsp
✳️ Fresh cream -1tbsp
✳️1cube processed cheese

✳️Salt to taste
✳️1tsp Garlic
✳️1/4 tsp Pepper
✳️Chopped carrot
✳️Chopped capsicum
✳️Chopped red pepper
Coriander leaves
Method :- Beat the hung curd ,paneer,cream & cheese together to make cream cheese..add,carrot , bellpeppers,garlic ,salt, pepper .

For turmeric tuile
1tsp All purpose flour
2tsp oil
5 tsp water
a pinch of turmeric
whisk all the ingredients and cook on non stick pan till u get nice net crisps

Now add the cream cheese filling in the tortillas and roll in a log .keep aside for 20 mins ...Cut and serve it with cucumber ribbons ,a turmeric tuile ...and some corns for garnish.
