This soya pulao recipe, nutritious soya granules and rice are sautéed in ghee with fresh vegetables and spices and then cooked like a normal pulao making it a well balanced meal in itself. Recipe: •Wash n soak 2 c rice fr 20 min. •Heat 4 tbsp oil in cooker, add ginger, chilli, garlic, onion , grated tomatoes n stir for 2 min. •Add soya chunks( soaked in water for 20 min n drained), mix vegetables. • Add rice n mix well , wait for 2 min.Add all seasonings like salt, turmeric pd, red chilli pd, garam masala n pulav masala to taste. •Add 6 cups of water n pressure cook for 2 whistles.
