TACOS Taco is one of the famous Mexican recipes. It is crispy taco shell loaded with rajma topping, salsa, lettuce and grated cheese. Ingredients: Taco shells – 10 Soaked and cooked small kidney beans – 1 cup Oil – 1 Tbsp Chopped onions – ½ cup Chopped garlic – ½ Tsp Tomato pulp – 1 cup Tomato ketchup – 2 Tbsp Chili powder – ½ Tsp Red chili flakes – ½ Tsp Oregano – 1 tsp Chopped coriander – 2 Tbsp Sugar – 1 Tsp Salt as per taste. Grated cheese – 1 cup Shredded iceberg lettuce – 1 cup Method: 1. For the topping heat oil in a pan, add garlic and onion and sauté for few minutes. 2. Add tomato pulp, tomato ketchup, chili powder, red chili flakes, oregano, sugar and salt as per taste. 3. Add the boiled and cooked rajme. Mix well and mash it lightly with a masher. 4. Cook on medium flame for few minutes and stir properly. Set aside. 5. To arrange taco, fill a taco shell with the topping. Arrange few shredded lettuce leaves and grated cheese. 6. Fill all the taco shells and serve in a plate with salsa, olives and green sauce.
