Stuffed Bhindi sabji is very famous Indian dish easy to make with basic ingredients. Ingredients : Bhindi – 250 gm Oil – 4 tbsp coconut powder – 2 tbsp Dhanajira powder – 2 tbsp Amchur – 1/2 tsp Red chili powder – 1 tsp Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp Garam Masala – 1 tsp Besan-1/4 c Salt – to taste Method : 1. Cut Bhindi through its length avoiding both ends.Cut a line. 2. Mix besan n all spices with 1 tbsp of oil in a bowl.Stuff this in bhindi. 3. Heat oil in a pan and sauté stuff bhindi on low to medium flame for 10 min. 4. Keep tossing Bhindi till cooked. 5. Serve stuffed bhindi sabji with roti.
