Stir Fried Tofu with Veggies

Ingredients:
Tofu - 100 Grams
Soy Sauce - 1 Tbsp
Oil - 1 Tbsp
Salt n pepper to taste
Cornflour - 2 Tbsp
Sesame seeds-1 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 Tbsp
Vegetables(Carrots,Spring Onion,Spinach, Red Pepper, Yellow Pepper & Broccolli)

Method:
•Marinate Tofu with Soy sauce,salt,pepper n cornflour. Keep in fridge for 20 min.
•shallow fry it.
•Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a wok ,add ginger garlic , onion ,Carrots, bell peppers ,spinach And stir fry on high heat.Add salt n pepper to taste.
•Take Tofu and Stir Fry veggies in a bowl.
•Make a sauce using, Soya Sauce,sesame seed, Oil, water & cornflour. Just cook until thickens. Pour over Tofu n Veggies to serve.
