Rasmalai Panna Cotta Recipe by Sweety Pandya

Ingredients for rasmalai patties :
Cow milk - 1 litter
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Sugar - 1 tsp
Sugar - 1 cup (for syrup)
Water - 4 cup (for syrup)

Ingredients for rabdi :
Milk - 1/2 litter
Sugar- taste according
Saffron - 4 to 5 strands
Cardamom powder -1/2 tsp
Pistachios and almonds

Ingredients for panna cotta:
Fresh cream - 1 cup
Whip cream - 1/2 cup (not whipped)
Whole milk -1/2 cup
Honey- 1/4 cup
Ager ager powder - 1 tbsp
Sugar - 1tbsp
Rose essence - 1 tsp
Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
Pinch saffron strands
Pinch of salt

For garnish :
Sliced pistachios
Dried rose petals

Methods :
For pann cotta
1. Place the milk in a small bowl. Sprinkle the ager ager powder over. Let stand for 3 to 5 minutes .
2. Pour milk mixture into a saucepan and stir over medium heat until the ager ager dissolves but the milk does not boil, about 5 minutes. Add the cream, honey, sugar, salt, rose water, cardamom powder and saffron strands stir until the sugar dissolves 5 to 7 minutes. Remove from the heat.
3. Assembling. Put 1-2 Rasmalai in the bottom of each serving glass and pour the panna cotta milk mixture into them so they are half full . Again put 1-2 rasmalai. Let them slightly cool before refrigerating them for at least 6 hours.
