Protein Pancake Recipe by our HomeChef smita ainani Ingredients wheat 1 tsp Ragi 1 tsp Oats 2 tsp Honey 2 tbsp Whipped coffee 1 scoop protien 2 frozen bananas mashed Recipe Mix all the flours and bananas together and put a pinch of salt and 1 tsp whipped coffee Add water gradually to form a batter The batter should be thick consistency and not too runny Make sure you don t leave any lumps Now heat 1 tsp oil in pan and put the batter in a round shape to make a pancake Make sure you cook it well so that it gets cooked from the inside Once the pancake is made put the whipped coffee and honey over it to give it a coffee flavour You can also top it with vegan ice cream like I did and add some hersheyes syrup Here you go

1 scoop protien
2 frozen bananas-mashed

Recipe:

Mix all the flours and bananas together and put a pinch of salt and 1 tsp whipped coffee

Add water gradually to form a batter.
The batter should be thick consistency and not too runny

Make sure you don't leave any lumps
Now heat 1 tsp oil in pan and put the batter in a round shape to make a pancake

Make sure you cook it well so that it gets cooked from the inside

Once the pancake is made, put the whipped coffee and honey over it to give it a coffee flavour
You can also top it with vegan ice cream like I did and add some hersheyes syrup. Here you go!
