PIZZA DOUGH: The fresh taste and texture of a homemade Indian style of a pizza base are unbeatable. It is quite easy to make at home. I have made the basic pizza dough for you. Ingredients: Plain flour – 2 cups Dry yeast – 1 Tsp Sugar – 1 Tsp Olive oil – 1 Tbsp Salt to taste. Plain flour for rolling. Olive oil for kneading. Method: 1. To make basic pizza dough, firstly combine sugar and dry yeast in a bowl. 2. Add 2 Tbsp lukewarm water to the dry yeast and leave aside for 15 minutes. 3. After that combine the activated yeast with the plain flour, olive oil and salt. 4. Knead it into a soft dough using enough water, 5. Cover it with muslin cloth and keep it in warm place for 45 minutes. 6. Now press the dough and do knocking to remove air completely. 7. And roll it properly and make small rolls to make pizza base. 8. But before that roll each ball into pizza base and keep it for second proving for next 45 minutes. 9. Now you can use this base to make pizza. It’s ready to be baked. PIZZA SAUCE Pizza sauce is an Italian recipe made with ripe tomatoes and onion. Once prepared can be used on pizza anytime. It can be preserved for anytime use. Ingredients: Tomatoes – 7 Olive oil – 1 Tbsp Finely chopped garlic – 1 Tsp Finely chopped onion – ½ cup Dried oregano – 2 tsp Red chili flakes – 1 tsp Tomato ketchup – 2 Tbsp Chili powder – 1 Tsp Salt as per taste. Sugar – 1 Tsp Method: 1. Take all the tomatoes and make criss- cross on their base and place them in the boiling water. 2. After 4 to 5 minutes drain the tomatoes, cool them. 3. Peel the skin of tomatoes. Blend the tomatoes to a smooth puree. 4. Heat olive oil in a pan, add garlic and onion and sauté on a medium flame. 5. Now add the tomato pulp, oregano, red chili flakes, red chili powder and salt as per taste. 6. Cook on medium flame. Now add tomato ketchup and sugar. Mix well. 7. Continue to cook till it becomes little thicker in consistency while stirring. 8. Now cool the sauce. And store in an air tight container and use whenever needed.

Finely chopped garlic – 1 Tsp
Finely chopped onion – ½ cup
Dried oregano – 2 tsp
Red chili flakes – 1 tsp
Tomato ketchup – 2 Tbsp
Chili powder – 1 Tsp
Salt as per taste.

Method:

1. Take all the tomatoes and make criss- cross on their base and place them in the boiling water.
2. After 4 to 5 minutes drain the tomatoes, cool them.
