Ingredients: Small buns – 4 Oil – 2 Tbsp Green chili (chopped) – 1 Onion (chopped) – 1/2 c Tomato (chopped) – 1/2 c Onion rings for garnishing. Turmeric powder – ¼ Tsp Chili powder – 1 Tsp Paneer crumbled – 2 c Salt to taste. Garam masala – 1/2 Tsp Butter to roast. Coriander leaves – 1 Tbsp Method: 1. Take a pan, heat oil in it. 2. Add green chilies n sauté. 3. Add chopped onions and sauté for one minute. 4. Now add tomatoes, turmeric powder, chili powder, salt, garam masala and stir well. 5. When all masalas are well cooked, add crumbled paneer and combine well. 6. Add chopped coriander to it. 7. Now apply butter on buns and toast on medium heat on tawa. 8. Slit the toasted bun into two and stuff it with paneer burji. 9. Arrange all buns in a line with onion rings and serve hot with coriander chutney.
