Ingredients: Paneer - 250 gms Green Peas - 1 cup,boiled Jeera - ½ Tsp Turmeric powder - ½ Tsp Red Chili powder - 2 Tsp Coriander powder - 1 Tsp Tomatoes (chopped) - 4 Onion (chopped) - 2 Green chilli - 1 Ginger grated - 1 Tsp Garlic (crushed) - 2 Cashew - 10 to 12 Cloves - 4 Cinnamon - ½ inch Bay leaf - 1 Black Cardamom - 1 Salt to taste Cream - 2 Tbsp Kasuri methi - 1 Tsp Oil - 1/4 cup Water Method: 1. Pressure cook tomatoes, onion and cashew with little water for 1 whistle. 2. Make a paste of this once cool. 3. Heat oil ,add jeera ,garlic, ginger, cardamom, bay leaf, cinnamon, green chili, cloves and sauté. 4. Now add the grinded paste to it. Sauté properly. 5. Add chilli powder, coriander powder, salt, and turmeric powder and stir well. cook till it leaves oil on sides add kasuri methi. 6. Add paneer cubes and boiled green peas in gravy and garnish with cream. 7. Serve with paratha.

Ingredients:
