Healthy and tasty Gujarati food recipe by our HomeChef daya_hadiya_ Healthy gujju platter Ingredients To millet chapati 1 cup millet flour Water as required 1 tsp salt For sponge gourd sabji 2 chopped sponge gourd 2 tbsp oil 1 tsp Cummin seed 1 2 tsp Turmeric Pinch of asafoetida Salt to taste 1 2 tbsp Garlic chatni 1 tsp cummin coriander powder 2 3 tbsp water For brinjal potato sabji 1 cup chopped brinjal potato 3 tbsp oil 1 tsp Cummin seed 1 2 tsp Turmeric Pinch of asafoetida Salt to taste 1 tbsp Garlic chatni 1 tsp cummin coriander powder 1 4 cup water 1 tbsp rice poha For carrot pickle 2 Carrot 1 tsp salt 1 2 cup buttermilk 2 tsp oil 1 tsp cummin seed Pinch of asafoetida Pinch of turmeric 1 2 tsp red chilli powder Method For making millet chapati Take a little water in a bowl and add salt in it then add millet flour and knead the dough using water After the dough is formed make a round and using both hand make a chapati and give shape of your choice Then bake the both sides For sponge gourd sabji In a pan add oil Oil is heat then add cummin seed asafoetida After 3 5 second add chopped sponge gourd Then add salt Turmeric water and cook for 8 10 minute then add gralic chatni 1 2 red chilli powder 1 tsp garlic paste Then switch off the gas and add cummin powder and mix it For brinjal potato sabji In a cooker add oil Oil is heat then add cummin seed asafoetida After 3 5 second add chopped brinjal potato Then add salt Turmeric and cook for 5 minutes After that add water rice poha gralic chatni 1 2 red chilli powder 1 2 tsp garlic paste Cover the cooker lid and cook for 2 wishel Then switch off the gas and add cummin coriander powder and mix it Recipe continues in the comment section

Healthy gujju platter

Ingredients:

To millet chapati-

1 cup millet flour
Water as required
1 tsp salt

For sponge gourd sabji -

2 chopped sponge gourd
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp Cummin seed
1/2 tsp Turmeric
Pinch of asafoetida
Salt to taste
1/2 tbsp Garlic chatni
1 tsp cummin-coriander powder
2-3 tbsp water

For brinjal-potato sabji :

1 cup chopped brinjal-potato
3 tbsp oil
1 tsp Cummin seed
1/2 tsp Turmeric
Pinch of asafoetida
Salt to taste
1 tbsp Garlic chatni
1 tsp cummin-coriander powder
1/4 cup water
1 tbsp rice poha

For carrot pickle -

2 Carrot
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup buttermilk
2 tsp oil
1 tsp cummin seed
Pinch of asafoetida
Pinch of turmeric
1/2 tsp red chilli powder

Method :

For making millet chapati :
Take a little water in a bowl
and add salt in it, then add millet flour and knead the dough using water.

After the dough is formed, make a round and using both hand make a chapati and give shape of your choice.

Then bake the both sides.

For sponge gourd sabji -

In a pan add oil ,
Oil is heat then add cummin seed, asafoetida
After 3-5 second add chopped sponge gourd.

Then add salt, Turmeric, water and cook for 8-10 minute then add gralic chatni(1/2 red chilli powder & 1 tsp garlic paste)

Then switch off the gas and add cummin powder and mix it.

For brinjal-potato sabji :

In a cooker add oil ,
Oil is heat then add cummin seed, asafoetida
After 3-5 second add chopped brinjal-potato.

Then add salt, Turmeric and cook for 5 minutes,

After that add water , rice poha, gralic chatni(1/2 red chilli powder & 1/2 tsp garlic paste)

Cover the cooker lid and cook for 2 wishel.

Then switch off the gas and add cummin-coriander powder and mix it.
