Handva Waffle Recipe Ingredients: Rice- 1&1/2 cup Tuver dal- ½ cup Urad dal- ¾ cup Chana dal- ¾ cup Green chillis- 4-5 Gunger- 1 piece Big wheat flour with oil - ½ cup Gud- 2 tbsp Achar masala- 1tbsp Lemon ful- 1 tsp Curd- ½ cup Bottle gaurd- 1 cup Asofoteda pinch Salt as per taste Turmeric- ½ tsp Red chilli powder- 2 tsp Dhanyajira powder- 2 tbsp Soda powder- ½ tsp Curry leaves- 5-6 For tadka mustard seeds- ½ tsp Til- ½ tsp Method: 1. First wash all pulses and rice and soak for 4-5 hours. 2. Take lentils and rice to in mixture bowl. While grinding, add ginger, chilli and garlic. 3. Now take this mixture in a bowl and add wheat flour and all the spices and yogurt and let it soak for 4-5 hours. 4. Before making the waffle, add 1 tablespoon of hot oil, soda and lemon ful to the batter. 5. Heat the waffle machine a little first and apply the oil and now put the batter in it for 4-5 minutes. 6. Handva Waffle Recipe


Ingredients:

Rice- 1&1/2 cup

Tuver dal- ½ cup

Method:
