Condensed Milk – 1 c
Cold whipping cream – 2 cup
Vanilla essence – 1tsp
Green tea powder – 2 tbsp
Mint leaves – few
Method:
1. Beat whipping cream till it started to picks,turn down the speed and pour condensed milk and vanilla essence.
2. Turn up the machine speed and whip the mixture till it thickens and form the ice cream base.
3. Add green tea powder and few crushed mint leaves and whip it again. Freeze it for 4 hrs.
4. scoop out n garnish with mint leaves to serve.
