Garlic Bread Recipe : Ingredients: 125gm wheat flour Sugar 5gm Salt as per taste Dry Yeast 6gms Warm milk 1/4 cup Butter soft 75gms Garlic - peeled and chopped - 75gms Pizza seasoning Chilli flakes 2tsp Coriander chopped Corn - 1/4 cup Capsicum chopped 1/4 cup Oil - 6 gms Method: In warm milk add yeast salt and sugar. set aside Take flour, add 1tsp garlic and yeast and make a dough knead well into a soft dough coat with oil and set aside to proof. Mix pizza seasoning and chilli flakes. Set aside Take soft butter and add garlic, coriander and mix well Once dough has proofed for 15 mins roll it and apply garlic butter generously.... Add the corn and capsicum sprinkle seasoning and fold in half and seal it.... Apply garlic butter on top and sprinkle little seasoning. Cover and set aside for 20 mins.... Preheat oven to 180 and bake the bread at 180 for 25 mins. Spinach Puri Recipe : Spinach puri is a breakfast snack with a beautiful green colour. Ingredients : spinach – 1 bunch Green chili n ginger-1 tsp, minced Wheat Flour – 1 c Salt to taste Jeera pd-1/2 tsp Oil to fry Method : Wash n blanch spinach leaves fr 3 min. Drain n pour cold water on it. Blend it in mixie to purée. In a bowl tk wheat flour, salt, ginger-chilli minced ,oil and spinach puree . Make a soft dough of puri. Roll n deep fry puri in hot oil.
