Eggless Chocolate Cake Brownie Ingredients Dry Mix Maida 1 Cup Powder Sugar 3 4 Cup Cocoa Powder 1 4 Cup Baking Powder 1 1 2 Teaspoon Baking Soda 1 1 2 Teaspoon Wet Mix Curd 1 Cup Oil 1 2 Cup Chocolate Vanilla Essence 1 2 Teaspoon Chopped walnuts Chocolate chips Almonds Method Take a Bowl with a seive placed above it Add in Maida Sugar Cocoa Powder Baking Powder and soda Sieve the mixture to get rid of lumps After passing it through sieve mix the dry Ingredients well and set aside In another bowl add curd and beat well for a minute Then add in oil and vanilla chocolate essence into the mix and incorporate well Now add half of the Dry Mix into the curd mixture and mix well Then add the rest and mix till it forms cake like consistency Do not over mix Now pour the batter into pregreased Cake Tin Sprinkle the batter with almonds walnuts tutti fruti or chocolate chips Bake it in a pre heated oven for 30 to 35 minutes at 180 c on middle rack Check with a toothpick after 30 minutes Let the cake cool for 10 to 20 minutes before taking out of the mould Serve Hot with Vanilla Ice cream Enjoy

Ingredients:

Dry Mix:
Maida - 1 Cup
Powder Sugar - 3/4 Cup
Cocoa Powder - 1/4 Cup
Baking Powder - 1 1/2 Teaspoon
Baking Soda - 1 1/2 Teaspoon

Wet Mix:
Curd - 1 Cup
Oil - 1/2 Cup
Chocolate+Vanilla Essence - 1/2 Teaspoon
