Easy chilli paneer dry recipe by @mindfulandi Ingredients: 4 tbsp vegetable oil 1 large onion chopped 1 bell pepper diced 4 garlic cloves minced 1 tbsp ginger minced 2 tbsp tomato ketchup 2 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp red chilli sauce/sriracha 2 birds eye green chilli slit 3 tbsp all purpose flour/ cornflour 2 tbsp water Chopped scallions (1/4 cup approx) 300 gms Paneer cubed 1 tbsp white vinegar Salt to taste Instructions : 1. In a mixing bowl add the plain flour and water, mix to make a thick batter. Add the paneer pieces to it and mix well coating all the pieces with the batter. 2. In a skillet, heat the oil over medium heat. Add cubed paneer and shallow fry for 5-6 minutes until it turns to a golden brown color. Flip and cook for another 5 minutes. Now remove the paneer and keep aside. 3. In the same skillet add ginger, garlic and sauté for a few seconds. Add in the onions and cook for 5 minutes. Add bell pepper, green chilli and cook for 2 minutes. Add vinegar, soy sauce, chilli sauce and ketchup. Give everything a good mix and cook for 3-4 minutes till the sauce thickens slightly. 4. Add the fried paneer cubes, toss well. Garnish with spring onions and serve immediately

Ingredients:

4 tbsp vegetable oil
