Tur Dal – 1 cup, pressure cooked
Tomato – 1, chopped
Garlic, Ginger, Chilli minced – 1 tbsp
Red chili Powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
Garam masala-1 tsp
Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp
Hing– a pinch
Oil – 2 tbsp
Coriander Leaves – To Garnish
Salt – To taste�
Method:
1. Heat oil ,cumin seeds let it splutter, add hing, garlic, ginger, chili paste, tomatoes, red chili powder, turmeric powder n saute for a while.
