Bottle Guard Kofta Curry Ingredients : Tomato gravy – 2 bowl Green chilies – 3-4 nog Red chili powder – 1 tablespoon Salt – as per taste Turmeric – ½ tablespoon Garam masala – 1 tablespoon Cinnamon powder – ½ tablespoon Oil – 2 tablespoon Butter – 1 tablespoon Ingredients for Kofta Bottle Guard – 200 gram Salt – as per taste Peanut powder – 2 tablespoon Turmeric – a pinch of Corn flour – 1 cup Oil – for frying Process (For Kofta) – grate the bottle guard and add salt as per taste and transfer the grated bottle guard in a cloth and make a potli of it. Tighten the potli so the additional water extract from the bottle guard. Take out the grated bottle guard from the potli and add green chilies, peanut powder, turmeric, salt and some corn flour and make balls from it. Dip the balls into corn flour paste and fry the balls in a oil. Heat the oil in a pan and add green chilies and tomato gravy. Add salt, red chili powder, turmeric, cinnamon powder and garam masala and boil it properly. When it become thick add kofta into curry. Transfer it into a bowl and garnish it with butter.
