Anar appam with khatti mithi Mango Chutney by chef_yash21 Ingredients 1 cups Sooji Semolina Rava 1 tsp cup Curd Dahi Yogurt 1 cup Water 1 2 tsp salt b1 pomegranate 1 raw mango 1 tsp turmeric 1 tsp cumin 4 5 mint and coriander leaves small ginder 1 tbsp honey suger as required mix dry fruit Sunflower Oil as required for chutney heat oil add cumin and turmeric then add cut raw mango mint coriander ginger saute it for 2 min add half cup water and salt to taste swich of the flame and add honey as required now our chutney mixture is ready blend the mixture untill smooth paste for appam take sooji in a bowl add half half cup water 1 tsp curd add suger as required mix it with half cup of pomegranate juice mix it well now add fine chopped dry fruits now take appam pan griss oil on it add appam mixture cook it until it beconm crispy rotate appam and cook it both side for garnish spred the chutney on plate put appam and garnish it with pomegrante mango and mint leaves

Ingredients:

1/2 tsp salt
b1 pomegranate
1 raw mango
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp cumin
4-5 mint and coriander leaves
