Ingredients : Diced potatoes – 2 cup Chopped green chili – 1 no Chopped onion – 2 tbsp Chopped coriander leaves –1 tbsp Nylon Sev – 1/4 cup Sweet chutney-2 tbsp Green chutney-1 tbsp Curd-2 tbsp Chat Masala – ¼ tsp Oil to fry cumin powder –1/2 tsp Red chili powder – 1/2 tsp Blk Salt – to taste Pomegranate – ¼ cup Method : 1. Heat oil in a pan, add diced potatoes and fry it till light brown. 2. Place it in a bowl n top with spices n chutney. 3. Garnish it with sev n pomegranate. Serve immediately.
