Ingredients:
6 tbsp olive oil,
2 medium hot chillies, finely shopped or sliced
2 garlic cloves, chopped
Some basil leaves
500gms chopped tomato
salt (to taste)
300gms spaghetti pasta
And powdered parmesan cheese

Method:
Heat the olive oil in a pan.
Add the chilli and garlic to the pan. After one minute, add the basil leaves and gently stir them in the oil.
Remove the garlic, basil and chilli from the pan and keep it aside for sometime.
Add the tomatoes to the pan.
Put the garlic, basil and chilli back in the pan with the tomatoes. Stir for at least 10 to 12 minutes, until the sauce has got thickened. Add salt to as per the taste.
