Singapore Rice Noodles Ingredients: Rice Noodles – 200 gram Bell Pepper (red, green, yellow) – ½ bowl Paneer – 200 gram Oil – 2 tablespoon Cabbage – 1 bowl Green onions – 1 bowl Green garlic – 1 cup Roasted peanuts – ¼ cup Water – as per requirement Soya sauce – 1 teaspoon Red chili sauce – 1 teaspoon Green chili sauce – 1 teaspoon Salt – as per taste Lemon juice or vinegar – ½ teaspoon Noodles masala – 1 teaspoon Process : Take a pen and boil the water, when water start boiling add rice noodles and boil them. Take off the water and put the noodles into white cotton cloth and hung it for 2 minutes. Add 1 spoon oil on it and mix well. Heat the pen and roast the paneer cubes. Take out the panner pieces and sauté bell peppers. Take out bell peppers and sauté cabbage and green onion. Keep all things separate. Heat the pen and add green garlic, roasted peanuts and roast them for 5 minutes. Add noodles and mix them well. Add red chili sauce, green chili sauce, soya sauce, noodles masala and salt.
