Sabudana Kheer Recipe Light on the tummy and yet a lip smacking, healthy treat - sabudana kheer is your way to a healthy body and happy heart! Learn how to make this easy recipe in a matter of minutes with our recipe. Sabudana: 1 handful Full cream milk: 1 litre Sugar: 2 tbsp Almonds: 5-6 Cashews: 5-6 Cardamom powder: ¼ tsp Raisins: 10-12 Wash sabudana thoroughly and soak it overnight. After washing, drain all water. Add half a cup of fresh water to soak overnight. Take a thick-bottomed pan. Heat the milk and add overnight-soaked sabudana and cardamom powder. Keep stirring until it starts boiling and keep stirring occasionally. Let the kheer cook for 30 to 45 minutes. Keep stirring frequently, otherwise, sabudana will start sticking at the bottom of the pan. When Sabudana becomes soft and the texture of milk becomes creamy add sugar and mix well. Cook for another five minutes. Add raisins, chopped almonds, and chopped cashews. Give a good stir and turn off flame. Paneer Tikka Enjoy restaurant-style paneer tikka at home with this quick and easy recipe. Ingredients 500g paneer, cut in cubes 100 g bell peppers, cut in cubes 100g onions, cut in cubes 1 cup yogurt, whisked 1 tsp besan (chickpea flour) 2 tsp tandoori masala 1 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder Salt to taste 1 tsp cumin powder 1 tsp amchur powder 1 tsp lemon juice 1 tbsp oil/ghee 4 tbsp oil Method 1. Whisk the curd with the masalas in a big bowl. 2. Add the spices, lemon juice and oil to this and mix well until combined. 3. Add the besan and mix until no lumps remain. 4. Once done, skewer the paneer, onion and peppers onto skewer sticks in order. 7. Heat some oil in a pan and gently place the skewer on the pan. In a saucepan over medium heat or instant pot on saute mode, combine the tikka masala sauce and baked cauliflower. Add 1/4 cup of non dairy cream if needed. Mix well. Bring to a boil. At this point you can also add in a cup or more chickpeas for added protein. Cook for about 3-4 mins. Taste and adjust salt and flavor. 3. Garnish with fenugreek leaves or cilantro. Lychee Kheer Ingredients Few drops rose essence powdered green cardamom 350 gm lychee 1 1/2 litre milk 6 tbsp sugar Method 1. Place a pan on medium flame and heat milk in it. Add cardamom powder and stir well. When it turns aromatic, take it off the flame and set it aside for a while. Meanwhile, peel and de-seed the lychees. 2. Place the pan with milk on medium flame again and let it boil until it reduces to half its quantity. Add saffron and sugar in it and give it a stir.
