Try them and let us know how you like them Ingredients: • 3 tablespoons unssalted butter • 1 cup flour • 1 teaspoon baking powder • Pinch of baking soda • Pinch cinnamon • Pinch of salt • 1/4 sugar • 1/2 cup yogurt • 1/2 cup milk • 1 egg, lightly beaten • 1 cup frozen blueberries not thawed​ Method: • Take a large bowl add flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, sugar and mix well. Take another bowl and add yoghurt, milk and egg. Beat well. Whisk the liquid mixture with the dry ingredients. • Add frozen berries to the mixture. • Melt the unsalted butter in the microwave and add the same to the mixture. • Preheat waffle iron as per the manufacturer's instructions. • Brush hot waffle iron with butter. If you haven't yet, make my Tikka Masala Sauce. To a large bowl, Add the chopped cauliflower florets, drizzle oil and lemon juice and toss well to coat. In a small bowl mix all the spices and salt. Sprinkle the spices all over the cauliflower and toss to coat. Spread the florets on a parchment lined baking sheet or baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees F (205 C) for 25 mins. 2. In a saucepan over medium heat or instant pot on saute mode, combine the tikka masala sauce and baked cauliflower. Add 1/4 cup of non dairy cream if needed. Mix well. Bring to a boil. Whether it is Diwali or holi or even if it is just an auspicious occasion, kaju katlis are always a part of the festive fare! Learn how to make this traditonal festive staple right here, in a few simple steps! Ingredients 1 cup kaju(cashews) ½ cup sugar or add as required 5 tablespoon water 1 tablespoon ghee (optional) 1 tsp chopped rose petals or 8-9 strands of saffron (optional) Vark optional Method 1. Powder the cashews in a grinder, make sure it doesn’t become oily. 2. Heat sugar and water in a non stick pan or kadai on a low flame. 3.Meanwhile grease a plate/tray or butter paper and keep aside. 4. When all the sugar has dissolved in the water, add the cashew powder. 5. Keep on stirring the cashew mixture on a low flame. 6. The cashew mixture would start thickening. Cook for atleast 7-9 minutes. 7. Remove the kaju mixture from the pan and place it on plate. 8. Add the rose petals and ghee to the cashew mixture. 9. knead the cashew mixture as soon as it cools a little to knead. 10. Flatten the dough and place it on a butter paper or on a greased plate/tray. 11. Place a butter paper on top and then roll gently the dough from all sides till you reach a thickness of 3-5 mm. 12. Learn how to make this traditonal festive staple right here, in a few simple steps! Ingredients 1 cup kaju(cashews) ½ cup sugar or add as required 5 tablespoon water 1 tablespoon ghee (optional) 1 tsp chopped rose petals or 8-9 strands of saffron (optional) Vark optional Method 1. Powder the cashews in a grinder, make sure it doesn’t become oily. 2. Heat sugar and water in a non stick pan or kadai on a low flame. 3.Meanwhile grease a plate/tray or butter paper and keep aside. 4. When all the sugar has dissolved in the water, add the cashew powder. 5. Keep on stirring the cashew mixture on a low flame. 6. The cashew mixture would start thickening. Cook for atleast 7-9 minutes. 7. Remove the kaju mixture from the pan and place it on plate. 8. Add the rose petals and ghee to the cashew mixture. 9. knead the cashew mixture as soon as it cools a little to knead. 10.
