Multigrain chillas with Raita Ingredients : Multigrain flour – 1 cup Rice flour – ½ cup Green chilies – 2-3 nog Ginger garlic paste – 1 spoon Coriander – ½ cup Curd – 1 cup Soda powder – ½ spoon Salt – as per taste Turmeric – ½ spoon Roasted cumin seed powder – 1 spoon Ghee – 2 spoons For Raita Hung curd – 1 bowl Salt – as per taste Black pepper powder – ¼ spoon Cucumber – ½ cup Carrot – ½ cup Coriander – ¼ cup Honey – 1 spoon Oil or butter – ½ cup Process : Mix both flour in a bowl and add curd and prepare thick better. Add salt, green chilies, ginger garlic paste and coriander and mix them. Add soda powder in a better and start making medium size chillas in a pan. Shallow fry chillas from both side till they become golden brown. Apply butter on chillas and serve chillas with Raita or tea.
