Garlic Bread Recipe : Ingredients: 125gm wheat flour Sugar 5gm Salt as per taste Dry Yeast 6gms Warm milk 1/4 cup Butter soft 75gms Garlic - peeled and chopped - 75gms Pizza seasoning Chilli flakes 2tsp Coriander chopped Corn - 1/4 cup Capsicum chopped 1/4 cup Oil - 6 gms Method: In warm milk add yeast salt and sugar. set aside Take flour, add 1tsp garlic and yeast and make a dough knead well into a soft dough coat with oil and set aside to proof. Sweet Boondi Recipe : Ingredients Gram flour: 1&1/4 cup Water: ¾ cup Food color: orange & green (optional) Ghee for deep fry Chopped almonds- 1 tbsp Chopped pistachio: 1 tbsp Cardamom powder: ¼ tsp For sugar syrup: Sugar: 1&1/4 cup Cardamom powder: ¼ tsp Water: 1 cup Saffron strands: 2-3 Method: 1. Take a bowl add gram flour and add water in it and mix it well. 2. Put the batter aside for 15-20 minutes. After that, add in more water to adjust the consistency for a flowing consistency batter. 3. Now heat up ghee in high flame, once hot take boondijhara or normal jharaand keep it about 4 inches above the ghee and pour in some batter to the khara. 4. Let them cook for a minute. 5. Now clean the jhara& repeat the procedure to make some other boondis. 6. In last,Divide the batter in two different bowl and add orange color in one bowl & green color to another bowl and make boondis. 7. TACOS Taco is one of the famous Mexican recipes. It is crispy taco shell loaded with rajma topping, salsa, lettuce and grated cheese. Ingredients: Taco shells – 10 Soaked and cooked small kidney beans – 1 cup Oil – 1 Tbsp Chopped onions – ½ cup Chopped garlic – ½ Tsp Tomato pulp – 1 cup Tomato ketchup – 2 Tbsp Chili powder – ½ Tsp Red chili flakes – ½ Tsp Oregano – 1 tsp Chopped coriander – 2 Tbsp Sugar – 1 Tsp Salt as per taste. Grated cheese – 1 cup Shredded iceberg lettuce – 1 cup Method: 1. For the topping heat oil in a pan, add garlic and onion and sauté for few minutes. 2. Add tomato pulp, tomato ketchup, chili powder, red chili flakes, oregano, sugar and salt as per taste. 3. Add the boiled and cooked rajme. Mix well and mash it lightly with a masher. 4. TACOS Taco is one of the famous Mexican recipes. It is crispy taco shell loaded with rajma topping, salsa, lettuce and grated cheese. Ingredients: Taco shells – 10 Soaked and cooked small kidney beans – 1 cup Oil – 1 Tbsp Chopped onions – ½ cup Chopped garlic – ½ Tsp Tomato pulp – 1 cup Tomato ketchup – 2 Tbsp Chili powder – ½ Tsp Red chili flakes – ½ Tsp Oregano – 1 tsp Chopped coriander – 2 Tbsp Sugar – 1 Tsp Salt as per taste. Grated cheese – 1 cup Shredded iceberg lettuce – 1 cup Method: 1. For the topping heat oil in a pan, add garlic and onion and sauté for few minutes. 2. Add tomato pulp, tomato ketchup, chili powder, red chili flakes, oregano, sugar and salt as per taste. 3. Add the boiled and cooked rajme. Mix well and mash it lightly with a masher. 4. Cook on medium flame for few minutes and stir properly. Set aside. 5. To arrange taco, fill a taco shell with the topping. Arrange few shredded lettuce leaves and grated cheese. 6. Ingredients: Spring roll wrappers – 7 Oil for deep frying. For spring roll stuffing: Oil – 1 Tbsp Finely chopped garlic – 2 Tsp Finely chopped ginger – 1 Tsp Sliced onion – ½ cup Sliced capsicum – ½ cup Grated carrot – ½ cup Shredded cabbage – 1 cup Boiled noodles – ½ cup Schezuan sauce – 2 Tsp Tomato ketchup – 1 Tsp Salt as per taste. For Maida water mixture: Plain flour – ¼ cup Water – 4 Tbsp Method: 1. Heat oil in a kadai, add garlic, ginger and sauté. 2. Now add onions, capsicum and sauté. 3. Now add carrot, cabbage and noodles and cook on high flame while stirring. 4. Switch off the flame, add schezuan sauce, tomato sauce and salt and mix well. Keep aside. 5. Take a wrapper on dry surface, place a portion of filling mixture in one corner of the wrapper. 6. Roll the wrapper ¾ th. Fold both the sides on by one towards centre. Finally roll it completely and seal the edges using little maida water mixture. 7. Make all the rolls same way. 8. Now deep fry all the rolls and take on a tissue paper. 9.
